Message records may be retained in Twilio and in restricted business records used to manage requests and support the service. We retain information only as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, and maintaining opt-out records.

Participation is optional. Message frequency varies based on your requests and related replies. Message and data rates may apply.
