SMS Terms

Mitch Parker Music provides an optional texting service for audience members to request songs during live performances.

By sending a song request to 352-320-3004 after reviewing our song-request instructions, you consent to receive automated acknowledgments and replies related to your request. Replies may include request updates or a brief fact about the requested song.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and related replies. Sending a request does not enroll you in recurring promotional texts.

Costs and participation

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges apply.

Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You may ask the performer or event assistant about making a request without texting.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out, after which further messages will stop unless you opt in again.

Song requests and delivery

Requests are suggestions, not guarantees. The performer decides which songs to play and in what order.

Message delivery depends on mobile networks and service availability. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
